- We will process your refund as soon as we’re able to. In some cases we might ask you for the possibility to resolve the issue for you. That might help you and maybe also other users.
- Refunds may only be issued within 30 days from your first payment. After 30 days no refunds can be processed.
- Refunds do not apply to upgrades or annual renewals.
